What does Clinic Collab do?

Clinic Collab connects telehealth infrastructure and patient acquisition for clinic owners. You can work with us to launch a new clinic or grow a practice that is already operating.

Two starting points

Launch Your Clinic brings together the business setup, provider network, pharmacy fulfilment, patient portal, brand and acquisition systems for a new telehealth practice. Scale Your Clinic focuses on marketing, patient sales and follow-up for an existing practice. The right starting point depends on what your clinic already has in place.

What connects the two

Marketing creates demand. The sales and follow-up process helps people take the next step. The clinical infrastructure supports intake, provider care and pharmacy fulfilment. These are different responsibilities, and the scope of each should be clear before you sign. Clinical decisions remain with appropriately licensed professionals.

What to check before working together

Review the program scope, the platform and the client feedback. Ask who owns your accounts and patient relationships, what your team needs to provide, and how progress will be reported. Our testimonial wall includes owner feedback and screenshots of individual results. Those examples are not a promise of the same outcome for every clinic.

02 / LAUNCH

What needs to be ready before a telehealth clinic launches?

A clinic launch needs a connected patient journey: a clear offer, an appropriate clinical setup, a working intake process and a plan for reaching patients. A website alone does not complete that work.

Define the service and clinical scope

Start with the patients you intend to serve, the services you plan to offer and the states involved. Work through the ownership structure, provider coverage, clinical responsibilities and pharmacy availability with the appropriate professionals. A nationwide network does not mean every treatment is available to every patient.

Connect the patient journey

Check what happens from the first enquiry through intake, consultation, payment, fulfilment and follow-up. Confirm who handles each step and how a patient gets help. Live consultations and asynchronous care should be available only where appropriate for the patient, treatment and applicable requirements.

Prepare the business to receive patients

Make sure your brand, website, payment setup, communications and acquisition plan are ready together. Test the journey before sending traffic. Clinic Collab's Launch track is planned around 4 to 6 weeks; actual timing depends on readiness, approvals and the agreed scope. An existing clinic using the Scale track has a different starting point.

How should a clinic assess patient acquisition results?

Look at the journey from enquiry to patient, not just the number of leads. Leads, booked appointments, attended consultations, orders and collected revenue measure different things.

Agree on the definitions

A lead is an enquiry. A booking is a scheduled appointment. Neither is automatically a treated patient or a paid order. Ask what each dashboard counts, which date range it covers and whether cancellations, duplicate enquiries or refunds are included. Revenue is not profit.

Look beyond the ad

Acquisition also depends on the offer, qualification, response process, scheduling and follow-up. Review where people drop out and who is responsible for the next step. That makes a report more useful than a single headline number.

Read proof in context

When comparing partners, look for the actual metric, time period and relevant clinic context. Our testimonial wall keeps screenshot captions specific: an order is labelled as an order, and an appointment is labelled as an appointment. Individual examples and client opinions help you assess the work, but do not establish a typical result or guarantee future performance.
